How to Return

At Sirri, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Procedure

To generate your FREE returns label, Click here and follow the instructions provided.

Ensure all details, including your order number, are accurately entered.


After submitting, you will receive a returns label. Print and attach this label to your parcel. If you don't have access to a printer, show the barcode sent to your email at your local post office for printing assistance.

Keep your postage proof until your return/refund is processed.


For International Customers: We offer 15 convenient hassle-free return addresses around the world. Please choose the one closest to you. Note that we only accept returns for refunds internationally. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

For returns outside your country, mark the parcel as "returned unwanted GB purchase" to avoid potential import taxes.

 

General Return Guidelines:

Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, sellable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed. Only items in their initial condition are eligible for exchange or refund.

Policy on Suit Sets: We sell our suits as complete sets and do not offer the option to mix and match individual suit articles. Exchanging parts of a suit set disrupts the integrity of the original set, rendering it unsellable. As a result, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for individual articles from a suit set.

We recommend inspecting your received products immediately upon delivery, preferably at the reception area if applicable. Any issues such as missing items, defects, or faults should be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery. Timely reporting allows us to swiftly address and rectify any concerns, ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may impede our ability to provide assistance or resolution. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our return policy procedures.

Refunds: The initial postage charge isn't refundable. Purchases with free postage will receive a full refund.

Returns or exchanges made after the 30-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
