DELIVERY

Processing time:
We pride ourselves on quick and efficient order processing. Any order placed before 2 p.m. will most likely be dispatched on the same day. While we do our best to ensure rapid delivery, please be aware that shipping times may vary for international addresses outside the UK.

UK Delivery times:

For Deliveries Within the UK: We use Royal Mail's 48-hour Signed & Tracked service for all standard shipments. This service typically ensures delivery within 2-3 business days. Important Notice: Please be advised that delivery timelines may extend during bank holidays and promotional sale periods.

If you're not fully pleased with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them.

Returns Procedure

For UK Customers: Sirri provides FREE Royal Mail tracked returns.

Click here to generate your FREE returns label and follow the provided instructions. Ensure all details, including your order number, are correctly filled in. Upon submission, you'll receive a returns label. Print this label and attach it to your parcel. If you don't have printer access, simply show the barcode sent to your email at your local post office, and they'll assist with printing.

Retain your postage proof until your return/refund is processed.

For International Customers: We offer 15 hassle-free return addresses worldwide. Select the one that is most convenient for you. Only returns for refunds are accepted internationally. If you wish for a size or color change, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

For returns outside of your country, label the parcel as "returned unwanted GB purchase" to avoid potential import taxes.

General Return Guidelines:

Items must be in their original, sellable condition for return. Worn or washed items will not be accepted for exchange or refund. We don't offer mix and match for suit articles. We sell suits as complete sets. Exchanging articles from a set makes the original set unsellable. Therefore, such exchanges/refunds won't be processed.

Refunds: The initial postage charge isn't refundable. Purchases with free postage will receive a full refund.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your return for processing. If you require an expedited exchange, we recommend placing a new order and subsequently returning the original item for a refund. Returns or exchanges made after the 30-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
